sent 2 salesmen instead of real plumbers 7/30/2012

Worst experience I ever had with any company. 2 guys showed up just looking for things to replace in household. Neither man had a speck of dust on them , I called for a clogged line and they said they would have to install a 2 way cleanout before any work would be done . First of many quotes of a invoice of over $3000.00 ! I had never wrote a 49.00 check so fast as to get them out of my house. If you have sewer problems , don't call these people unless you have lots of money you don't need. more

Very good. 7/20/2012

I am very pleased with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, and I would call them again in a heartbeat. I had my water heater go out, and they had to come out twice to fix it. They were very good. It was my first experience with them, and now the water heater works perfectly. Two gentleman came about from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. The first one moved back east so another one came out and took over. Their work was great. more

Generally, we're really happy with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. We use them at our house and at our rental property. The pricing is fair, and they come quickly after being called. There were a couple of follow-up things that were not perfect, but you know, I'm sure people same the same thing about things that I have done. It's hard to follow up about every little detail. There were a couple little things that were not taken care of, but for the most part, I can rely on them for a good analysis of the problem and an economical fix. Then we go from there. I like the way they price things by the book, and the people there are nice and competent. more

I got the advertisement for Benjamin Franklin Plumbing out of the paper. I had a problem with my previous plumber who installed a faucet. The tech from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing found out the problem, told me what I had to do, and did a nice job fixing it. He had the piece on his truck and was able to install it right away. The guy knew what he was doing and got the job done. I would probably call them again and might have to with another big holiday meal coming up. more

The people at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing were just very clean cut, nice guys who were very friendly. They explained everything they were going to do and how it would help. We use them all the time and we're impressed every time! We've bought a new hot water heater from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and they come to check it once a year! Vickie Wohlford more

Benjamin Plumbing Service 11/26/2011

We were happy with the plumber, Jay, who took care of our problem. He put new seats in the faucets to our bathtub. I asked him about installing a clean-out outside for our sewer system. Jay is very professional and knowledgable. We were pleased that they put the shoe covers on their shoes before entering our house and nothing was tracked in, most companies don't do that. I will recommend your Company. We are a satisfied customer! more

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing had very good service. The work was fine, and they were very professional. They did some extra stuff too, but that didn't work, so I still need to get that fixed. I also felt the price was a little pricey, but other than that it was okay. more

Awesome Service!! 5/5/2011

Wow, they actually arrived on time! That?s a first for a service company. The last time I used a plumber, not Ben Franklin, I waited about 6 hours before they actually showed up. Had to miss a whole day of work. In regard to my plumbing problem, they fixed it. Yeah Ben. Will absolutely use again more

sewer stoppage 5/4/2011

My sewer was stopped up late Friday night and they actually came out and unstopped it within a couple of hours. I called 3 other plumbers and got voice mail on 2 and the other did not have emergency service. The plumbers who showed up actually put these shoe boot things on their feet so they wouldn't track in anything since they had to go in the backyard. Very polite and appeared to know what they were doing. All i know is they fixed the problem- will definitely use again! more
