Awful! Terrible! Unbelievable!
Both times I went, I had to wait over an hour just to be seen. The first time this happened, after an hour of waiting in the reception area, I asked the receptionist. She rudely told me that waiting was part of the deal.
The second time I went, they didn't seem to know anything about me. Just a quick glance at the chart in the receptionist's hand would have told her I had already filled out all the paperwork. When I pointed out that I had already completed all my paperwork last time, she got rude with me!!! Attitude because she refuses to or can't read? Really?
Then I waited an hour and a half just to be called. I knew better than to ask this time. When I was finally seen, the doctor tried to ask if I could come back another time. I politely explained that I probably wouldn't be coming back anymore because of the long waits and the rude front staff. To this the doctor started complaining to me about his own sick kids and, get this, then refused to treat me because I had complained!
I have never been anywhere so disorganized or unprofessional!
Save yourself a lot of wasted time and go somewhere else!

Found a much better office just down the street, Dr. Ed O'Loughlin. Funny - his office staff said they've heard my complaint about Dr. Hindes and Healthy Futures for Women numerous times by other patients. Just FYI.
Cons: unprofessional, rude, disorganized
