After having my hair colored for many years (over 30) with great results in the Dallas area, I was shopping for someone in San Antonio to get the same color results. Isabel is a very sweet person and gave me a good haircut and I scheduled a color for about 3 weeks out. I had a couple of questions to ask her about her color process, so I called and got a call back from her husband, who I have never met and is not the hair stylist. He told me she was too busy to call me back, but he would give her the message. I called again after about a week, still prior to my standing appointment for color. I got a voice mail, still her husband, left another message; still no call back from Isabel. Then 2 days before the appointment, she called and cancelled my appointment!! Said the hair samples she took from my haircut showed my hair would not do well with color!! I have never experienced such a totally unprofessional hair salon before!! She may be good at what she does, but this experience was strange and a really terrible way to treat a new client. And by the way, I now have my beautiful color that I wanted back, with a very professional hairdresser that will communicate with me and my hair is soft and beautiful; nothing wrong with my hair and the color took just fine, like it has for all these years. \r
Very weird experience with Bella Hair Designs. Would never recommend. I have my own business, also,(not a hair salon) and I would never treat one of our clients in this manner.
