I have been going to Heidi as my go to for hair whenever I can. She is always able to make my hair look better than I could have imagined. She is able to provide subtle highlights that aren't ""fake looking"" or chunky. Her coloring is so smooth and natural looking that I have many people believe that I am a natural blonde. Of course I had her do my hair and makeup for my wedding and she did a wonderful job. I felt like a beautiful bride and received many compliments. I highly recommend Bella Gente as well. The salon is beautiful and the staff is very helpful and kind (and quick to offer a beverage). more

I have never been more disappointed in a salon before. Their customer service is just awful and receptionists are extremely rude. You would expect a salon and spa to have great customer service in a relaxing atmosphere and this is just not the case. I would never recommend this salon to anyone. VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE!!!!!! more

I have been going to Bella Gente for some time, and I love it. Brittany is my stylist, and she is excellent! She really knows how to cut men's hair well. Ben, the gentleman at the front desk, paired me with her, and he was spot on! I always look forward to a relaxing time at Bella Gente, and I always walk out looking and feeling great! more

I've been looking for a new salon and decided to try this one out. I was really happy with the hair cut that I got from a really young looking hair stylist. She was very nice and did a great job on my hair. On the other hand, the actual salon was less than impressive. The walls and floors are painted very sloppily and look like a bad arts and crafts project. Everything was just very tacky, not high end like I had expected. Also, the guy working at the reception desk was very unpleasant and rude. The few minutes I spent in the waiting room area was enough for me to tell that he was a pompous know it all. I don't know how this salon is able to keep any sort of clients with people like this representing them. I loved my cut, but I won't be back. more

Words can not describe how amazing it is to find a stylist who knows what Nordic or a beige blonde color is, Ashley is beyond exceptional. Being in this business I am not prone to write reviews but this experience was such a god send for me I wanted to share it! Not only did she get my color right the first time but when I inquired about extentions my prayers were answered. She gave me perfect hair color and the quality of the extention hair matches mine PERFECTLY!!!! I know this sounds to good to be true however they are in everything from skin to hair!!! more

ok, so i never write reviews, but i was so pleased i decided this is an occasion that really needs one!! i was having a bad week. my boyfriend and i had broke up after 3 years. i was feeling miserable. i saw the groupon now for Bella Gente salon and decided it was time for a change. i made my appointment and they had paired me up with Khristel. when i went in i was surprised how big the salon actually is!! i sat down with khristel (she offered me a glass of wine!) and we talked about what i was wanting, i told her how i really needed something different... i showed her some pics, and we decided on the perfect look for me. we had a wonderful conversation, and i had the BEST haircut of my entire life!!! i made an appointment to go back to her for color next week!!! thank you khristel so much!! i have found my new hair stylist!!! more

Best Facial Ever 12/4/2011

I recently had a facial with Michelle. It was the most relaxing experience I've had in awhile. She was very nice and knowledgeable. I love the product line Pevonia she had used and recommended i take I home. My skin feels great and rejuvenated. The salon itself was just as pleasant. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was nice, and it was very clean. I can't wait to go back! more

My new favorite! 10/28/2011

This salon is great! I had an appointment with Allyson and had my hair highlighted this summer, and it was really pretty, but i just came in again a week ago and got it darker for the falltime- its the best color I've ever had AND I get compliments on it all. the. time! And shes so nice and smart with hair! Shes my new hairstylist forever! more

Their shampoo stations are so cool. The chairs are heated and massaging. \r The staff is extremely professional. I have never had a bad hair cut or experience at this salon. more

they are really good with what they do. go to brittany, she listens very well to what you want and is really easy to talk to. the whole place is really nice. expensive though, but worth it. Pros: clean, friendly, good customer service,good at what they do Cons: expensive more

great facials and atmosphere 11/30/2004

Despite the modest exterior impression, the inside of Bella Gente is incredibly nice. It is spacious, very clean, well-equipped, and very pampering. The staff is friendly and accomodating. The esthetician is very friendly, informative of skin care knowledge, tasteful, and sensible. I was not pressured to buy any products. I have enjoyed my facials so much that it's well-worth the 15-mile drive. Pros: great atmosphere, not crowded, great staff more
