I can't remember when I discovered this hidden gem. However, I can tell you that I travel far just to see this cosmetologist on a regular basis. I've had facials done at many places, but I've left many of them unsatisfied and also felt a bit cheated as well. This lady (the owner works and runs the shop by herself) really does give quality service. Her English isn't fluent, but she understands more than enough to know what you want done and how you want the job done. Also, her products are high end for facials and other skin care products (look up Murad). She takes the time to see if you can tolerate the wax as well (you know what I'm talking about ladies and some gentlemen).
Finally, she does a superb job with eyebrow waxing and trimming. I always feel pampered after I leave her shop. I travel 1.5 hour each way (which is a crazy commute) just to see her. After having experiencing other facials and wax jobs, I know how I prefer and who I am most comfortable with. Plus, she gives great deals for regular customers.
The shop is somewhat hard to find the first time (it's in the middle of the complex), but you can find the complex with a navigator easily.
FYI street parking here is easy, but they do have a tiny lot for customers in the back.
