Working with Jorge Moreno was an absolute great pleasure! He's extremely knowledgeable in the Ford product line and took his time to work the best without the need to go back and forth seeking approval. As we all know this can be a complete waste of time + deal killer. Totally not the case here. \r \r This was truly a great experience (thank you, Jorge!) and well worth the time spent to get the vehicle we desired. I dealt with Jorge Moreno as my salesperson who was top notch. Craig Buttcher in charge of finance was extremely knowledgeable and assisted me with purchasing the right additional insurance on my vehicle. Also, the Sales Manager John Wolstromer there who helped me order my vehicle was awesome. I was really happy with their whole team. When I went into the dealership I made a specific demand that I wanted to order a new vehicle and to do it quickly. They assisted me in ordering my new Explorer and I absolutely love it. I had a Mountaineer that was totaled and as a long time Ford/Mercury owner I had decided to look around this time at other cars from other makers. I'm glad that I looked around before buying, but in the end the new Explorer Limited with the second row bucket seats sold itself and Bell Ford made it even easier. Finally, I've actually never given a public review before. I wouldn't have done it if I didn't feel so strongly about my level of satisfaction. more

DO NOT BUY OR SERVICE A VEHICLE AT THIS LOCATION. If I could vote negative 5 stars, I would. Bell Ford of Colonia, NJ sold me a clunker, lemon 2007 Mustang. The vehicle fell apart on me four times in less than four years. The car was in the shop awaiting parts for months on end. Bell Ford cried they were at the mercy of their suppliers. Regardless if you are, that's horrible supply chain management, Ford! When my 2007 vehicle was in the shop ALL summer of 2008, Bell Ford Colonia gave me a garbage bright neon green Ford Focus to drive around as a loaner. Horrible experience to the extreme.
