Called Bell Electric to work on my radon system. After showing up and charging me $50 for a service call they announced they weren't licensed to work on radon systems. After much arguing they refused to refund the $50. Apparently they feel it's okay to show up for anything you call them for, even if they can't actually work on it.
Cons: Horrible customer service
