Carmen Carmen Salon is the best. I see Randi Covington for my color and she is amazing. She is fast and very knowledge. Have been seeing her for 6 years and will never go to anyone else. I have, only to be disappointed. Book with her asap if you need your hair to look healthy and fabulous. She is so professional and worth the time and money....don't settle for anyone. more
