I called beck-tech to surprise my husband for his birthday to have our 50 inch television mounted on our wall. They worked around my crazy schedule and had to be here when my husband was away from the house. They completed the premium install and did some work with my sound system. At the end of the install my husband was so happy that he wants to have the television in our bedroom mounted as well. more

I am not a computor individual. Clark took the time and very patiently went step by step to help me develop my web site and put it together. It turned out very classy and shows what I want people to see about my business. I very HIGHLY recommend this company if you have ANY computor questions and how it can be incorporated into your own business. He now is my computor "go to" guy when my computor software program goes bonkers or the hardware has issues. The first computor person I have ever dealt with who does not try to bury you in computer lingo that means absolutely to the average person. Beck Tech has installed a home theater system, integrated our outside patio audio surround system and multiple flat screen tv's. All systems are programed onto one universal remote. We are very pleased with the finished product-----no wires or unsightly holes. Highly recommend their services. more

Beck-Tech did an excellent job on mounting our TV above the fire place. It was one thing that was bothering me everytime I would look at the wires coming from behind the TV. I scheduled a time and they arrived promptly and professionaly! They fixed the problem in no time. more

I've use Beck-Tech twice. The first time was to install a new television I had bought, hook it up to the wall, hide all the wires, and hook up my internet connection to the television as well as other devices. Beck-Tech was very prompt, arriving even early than expected. They were also very professional. They didn't hide anything, explaining everything that they were doing, as well as all the issues they were running into. They accepted feedback and recommendations I had, as I know a little about televisions myself, and they were very open to any suggestions I had, considering every possible alternative. It was a great experience! A couple of months later, I bought a smaller television for one of my kid's rooms, and I wanted a similar setup. I called Beck-Tech back, but this time they ran into more problems. It took them a little bit of doing this time around, and they scratched the wall a little bit, but it's behind the television anyway. They didn't give me a discount, which is why I gave them a 4 for Quality. They also didn't end up setting it up exactly the same as the other television, but overall it was great. I didn't have any issues with Beck-Tech. They installed a home theater for me, with a wall-mounted flat screen and speakers. They were really flexible in terms of time, working around my schedule. They did a professional job, and I had a very good experience. more
