I purchased a Sienna from Beck and have had issues from the start. Staff is extremely rude and unfriendly. Trying to get someone to assist you on the lot is like pulling teeth. Once you do get someone on the lot, they act as if you are wasting their time. After our lease was up, we tried to purchase the car and thought we had taken all of the necessary steps to do so with our account manager, until I received a call that they were coming to REPO THEIR car.....extremely mad and upset, I called and had another person assist me and it was a huge misunderstanding. After the papers that were supposed to be submitted, but weren't, it was IN FACT OUR CAR! \r \r As far as the car itself, JUNK! I have had a ton of issues from the sensor in the overhead door not working properly, oil lights coming on for no reason, engine light came on and it was a bad sensor, my window wouldn't roll back up, and now the a/c and heat are out in the car after MONTHS of telling them that something was wrong. Every issue I have had has been blown off until it created a larger problem. \r \r I feel that the service department degrades and talks down to women. There is very little respect for their customers. I would NEVER purchase a car from them again, in fact, I have had many cars from Bob Rohrman and Ray Skillman, and now I feel that I should have never left them. Don't purchase from Beck! more

Best dealer experiance so far!! 3/22/2010

I have been to a lot of dealers in my life and have bought many new cars. I would have to say this has been the BEST overall experience I have had so far. I had been looking for a new truck for a couple of months and knew exactly what I wanted. Finding a Truck online below MSRP is almost unheard of and really got my attention, the truck was in a price range that I was willing to pay. Most dealer websites will say "call for best price", or will be at the MSRP, Beck Toyota is not afraid to put their best price online. The sales associate was willing to work and do everything possible, (within reason) in order to get me in a new truck. Thanks Wendell, you made it happen and I couldn't be happier!! more

Beck Toyota - Service with an attitude 9/4/2009

On 9/3/2009, service mgr refused to loan me a tech for a minute to answer questions about rear bumper removal for my do-it-yourself collision repair. He said they didn't do that sort of thing because they made their living at it. I told him they didn't do collision repair so it shoudln't be a problem. He refused. I bought my Camry at Beck and have had it serviced there in the past. Job security by not being helpful? Not sure I want to do business with them anymore. By the way, Honda and Ford have always been happy to help. Get with the program. more

Not a friendly place to buy a car 4/4/2008

My husband and I were looking to buy a new car. While visiting Beck Toyota we could not get a sales person to assit us. Was it the way we were dressed? Did it look like we didnt have $ ? Because we drove out of our way to O'Brien Toyota that same day and ordered us a car....if I ordered my car i guess i did have money and Beck lost out!! Pros: They have a wide selection of cars Cons: sales people dont want to work!! more
