I purchased a Sienna from Beck and have had issues from the start. Staff is extremely rude and unfriendly. Trying to get someone to assist you on the lot is like pulling teeth. Once you do get someone on the lot, they act as if you are wasting their time. After our lease was up, we tried to purchase the car and thought we had taken all of the necessary steps to do so with our account manager, until I received a call that they were coming to REPO THEIR car.....extremely mad and upset, I called and had another person assist me and it was a huge misunderstanding. After the papers that were supposed to be submitted, but weren't, it was IN FACT OUR CAR! \r

As far as the car itself, JUNK! I have had a ton of issues from the sensor in the overhead door not working properly, oil lights coming on for no reason, engine light came on and it was a bad sensor, my window wouldn't roll back up, and now the a/c and heat are out in the car after MONTHS of telling them that something was wrong. Every issue I have had has been blown off until it created a larger problem. \r

I feel that the service department degrades and talks down to women. There is very little respect for their customers. I would NEVER purchase a car from them again, in fact, I have had many cars from Bob Rohrman and Ray Skillman, and now I feel that I should have never left them. Don't purchase from Beck!
