Dr. will treat you as a customer (not a patient) whom Dr. Zeigler tries his best to sell his services to, even those that you don't need. Takes you into his office to convince you to do numerous work on your mouth, then triest to convince you to start that same day so that you are stuck with him. EXTREMELY OVERPRICED = $300 for a regular filling?!!! as if this place was located in Bal Harbour or someplace similar. Ridiculously skyrocketing prices!!! more

Dr. Ziegler's office is being investigated for false advertising practices due to selling cut-rate cleaning, Xray and exam packages through LivingSocial. In Jan. 2011, his office sold 246 of these ""deals"" for $35 ea., as an advertised 86% savings. When patients are scheduled for the routine exam, they are told the cleaning will be on a separate appointment. After a few xrays are taken, patient is subjected to a video on gum disease, even before xrays are looked at. Then the doctor ""advises"" deep cleaning and pressures patients to book right away. At several thousand dollars, they charge 4 times what other local dentists charge for this procedure, and will not honor the cleaning if you get deep scaling done elsewhere. more

I wanted to take this opportunity to inform everyone about a wonderful dentist I had the pleasure of meeting two weeks ago. I have always felt self conscious about my smile. He performed a thorough exam and explained to me different types of treatment his office could do to enhance my smile. Dr.Ziegler and his staff at Miami Center for Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry made me feel so comfortable that I commenced treatment right away. I decided to have Lumineers done. It is a new type of veneer that is as thin as a contact lens and so strong they guarantee their work for up to five years. I don't know about you but I haven't met another dentist that can guarantee his work. That wasn't even the best part of having this procedure done; the best part is NO SHOTS! I know it sounds too good to be true, but from one regular Joe to another.its true! Two weeks later I have a new smile I am proud of. So if you are in Miami and have no one to ask, take my word for it, Dr.Ziegler and his wonderful staff are unbelievable. I had such a great experience at Family dentistry & Orthodontics, I thought I had to make it a point to share it with everyone. I am very afraid of anything having to do with my teeth. From the moment I called to the moment I walked out of the office, I felt great about everyone I dealt with. The quiality of the staff members, the dental assistants, and the doctors are incredible! I felt bad for any dentist dealing with me, because of how afraid I am, but the doctors here were so patient and gentle it made me feel very comfortable.
