over priced 11/21/2010

I brought my elderly mother in for a hair cut and color.. her hair is not even 2 inches long.. Price was $106... they don't tell you in advance what the pricing is until the surprise at the register... I will not be bringing her back. This salon is in Cromwell NOT in NYC... more

I thought the staff was very nice. I didn't think the place and the material that they used was clea 11/21/2010

I felt the manicure section was not clean there was dust on the different jars. It looked like the jars had been there a long time. The dryer for the nails was old and it took 30 min to dry my nails. That is just too long. When I got home after an 1 hour drive my nails smugged. I don't know if the polish was too old or what. I think you should have an inspection and replace some of the old stuff and clean the manicure area. more

BP Salon staff are always customer friendly, highly professional and extremely competent. Be it hair cuts, color, nails, or massage or other spa treatments, I enjoy my time there and am always happy with the results. more

I've been going to BP Salon for about 8 years, and I'm always impressed by the quality of service. I have never had a single visit where I didn't feel that the stylists were highly skilled and experienced. I always know I'll leave happy! more

Massage, Pedicure, and Facial 7/23/2008

The best services I have ever had at a spa! The skin care people are so knowledgable & helpful. I have had facials for years elswhere & nothing compares. My massage was top notch. My feet are the softess that they have ever been. Then they redid my make up with the Bare Escentuals make up for free! I will defientely go back for more. more

Great place to get an up-do 11/7/2005

I had my hair done at Beautiful People Salon for my wedding a few years ago. I first went in for a practice do and then again the day of my wedding. Karen did my hair and she did an amazing job. I was so happy with the way it came out. So many people at the wedding complimented me on it. The only downside was that it was pricey, but to me it was worth it for my wedding day. more
