Horrible staff with horrible attitudes, advertisement of rental benefits is very misleading. The condo was ok. Not at all what we expected for what we paid. Said in our contract that Internet was provided, which it wasn't. Had the most difficult time addressing our issues due to a staff with poor customer service skills. We found out more about the staff's personal issues with each other than how they were going to accommodate us for their improper advertising of Internet. Three business people staying over a week. At one point we were told to take our work to Starbucks. Not only did they never resolve the issue, but when we asked for a credit they told us they don't do refunds for breakdowns. Nothing broke down; they FALSELY advertised a service and never provided it to us. They never even offered to move us to a villa that had internet. When my mother approached them about this issue, the lady raised her voice and talked down to my mom- the customer. Will not rent again or recommend to anyone.
