Beaches Car Wash-Gift Gallery

Took our brand new E-Class Mercedes there for a quick wash. Before going there, I was with friends and we walked around the car looking at it. I left there and went to pick up my husband down the street and did not get out of the car. We went directly to the car wash and got a quick wash and remained in the car the whole time. Drove directly over the bridge to Palm Cove Marina. When we got out of the car the damage was on the front bumper. The car was not dented, just had a two very deep gouges in the front bumper. Called and no one returned my call. Call on Monday and took the car in to see the owner, George, who did not take responsiblity for the damage. I told him that the car was not damaged when I took it in and the car never left my possession after walking around it before going to his car wash. I am 100% sure that this damage was done at his establishment. I would never take my car to get washed there again. I only wish I had known about the lack of intergity of the owner before going there. more

Wouldn't take my car anywhere else. They have this car washing thing down to a science! You'll see just how organized they are when you take your car there. Pay close attention.. they really work this place like an assembly line at a Honda factory. I'm serious! They really have their sh*t together! Once you've been here, then go to a competitor and you'll see what I mean. more

My 2010 Black Camry, Never washed by an automated service before was the proud new ownder of dozens of hairline scratches up to 4 feet long through-out the sides of the car from Beaches Car wash on 1401 Beach Blvd. If you want your car scratched, definately take it here. Their machine will do a great job at it. I took the car there in mid September 09 when I just bought the car with in June 09. First owner and I've looked for scratches and very few if any existed on my car prior to washing here. I wish I charged their service to my credit card so that I still had proof but I guess one reason they have a CC mininum is so people have no records if it's under so many dollars. Never again.
