I don't know what ure talking about. I've been using these guys for 3 years and never had a problem. Plus their Delivery is Free! I think you have the wrong liquor store. Best Delivery service by far. The family who own the liquor store are really sweet people too. Pros: Delivery got to my apartment in 15 mins Cons: I ran out of booze too fast! more

I was a customer for nearly 2 years but this place is a rip off,..\r I called for my usual wine delivery (a 1.5 bottle of Pino Noir or Shiraz for a regular get together we have every weekend) and was told the delivery minimum was 35 bucks instead of 25 dollars. I used to give the difference in a tip of over 5 bucks but this is stupid,\r \r So I went there in person and got my bottle and paid by ATM and asked for 10 bucks in cash. The girl who is the daughter of the owner said OK and made the transaction.I waited and finally asked why she did not give me my 10 dollars. She said it was a tip and they do not return tips!\r \r I explained to no end this was not a tip (in a walk in package store purchace!)\r \r and received no apology and was told never to go there again.\r \r Their selection is limited, priced double their surrounding competitors, and their delivery stinks.\r Do NOT USE THISB SERVICE!
