If you are going to the gym, its pretty well set up, but its sanitation is not that good and the music is totally annoying. Employees look nice and friendly, except for the "long hair" owner, who you can see and hear yelling at his employees, as if they were slaves. It is so disgusting just to witness that. So for the same price you might want to avoid that situation. more

I am very upset about my visit to this facility. For a gym and spa it was very dirty, workers were rude and very unprofessional. I was very disappointed with the service. The machines were not cleaned well and almost all of them were out of service. This was like a horror experience that i would not like for anyone to go through. This place it's my number one when it comes to dislike of services and everything in overall. Please do not attend this place. It's not the most sanitary in this world, and obviously very degrading, and unacceptable. more

This place is incredible! 10/13/2005

This place is perfect with one word. I went to this place last week for a facial and ended up having wax and manicure as well. The lady who took care of me was really professional and nice. My skin felt like a baby after the facial. I don't even remember how many aromatherapy creams, lotions and oils she put on my skin. It felt just so nice ! I think this place is great for ladies and men. It is conveniently located on 66th Collins Avenue. Go and pamper yourself! more

  • Our story is a typical American success story. Back in 2000, there wasn't a decent health club or spa in the north section of Miami Beach. Our owner envisioned a place where you could get all your health and beauty needs in one place. He found the perfect location in an abandoned restaurant right on the ocean side. He designed and worked in the build out. First, the beauty salon, then the spa, followed by the gym and the nutrition store. All in one place. Tanning center and Smoothie bar soon followed. Fourteen thousand square feet of both exercise and relaxation. Gold’s gym is now long gone. Same as Idol’s, David Barton, Oxygen, Extreme and so many others. BeachBody is still here, strong as ever. Helping people reach their health and fitness goals, one workout at a time.
