long wait for only OK pizza 3/3/2009

Seems like in broad ripple quality of service depends on whether or not a manager is there to watch over the teens who make up the wait staff at most places in the area. We unfortunately showed up on a night when the children had no supervision. The hostess passed over several groups including ours while chatting on her cell phone and with her friends who came in. Pizza was good but not worth the hassle of getting the hostess off her cell phone in order to get us a table. Don't go to broad ripple on off nights is the moral of the story. more

Located in the heart of Broad Ripple, this is pizza at it's best. My favorites are the Greek, Margherita, and the Bazbeaux Pizza. They also have an fresh, tasty salads. Both the Greek and regular Tossed salads are good choices. Dining on the deck is a treat as well as the roof-top dining. more

Great Pizza Selection 12/25/2006

Interesting pizza combos, lots of toppings to choose from and they have a wheat-crust option, only one I have found in Indianapolis! The taste is fantastic! Our favorite pizza place in Indy! Pros: Menu, selection, options Cons: A bit pricey more

Best pizza in Indy 7/17/2006

For yummy, thin crust pizzas in a happening atmosphere, Bazbeaux can't be beat. This location in Broadripple offers an expansive outdoor seating area in hip Broad Ripple Village. Pros: Exceptional food, fun atmosphere Cons: Long waits on weekends, parking in Broad Ripple is sometimes a challenge more

Best Pizzeria in Town! 7/17/2005

Bazbeaux's pizza is absolutely amazing. Although a bit more expensive then most pizzerias, Bazbeaux's mouth watering pizza is worth every penny. With so many kinds of pizzas to choose from like the Garden Pizza, a vegetarian's delight with artichoke hearts, avocado, spinach, green pepper, black olives and ricotta, and the American Style BBQ Pizza, made with homemade sauce and your choice of shrimp of chicken, its hard to pick just one. Located in two of Indianapolis hippest spots, Mass. Ave and Broadripple, this trendy restaurant is a great place to dine with friends or your significant other! more

Bazbeaux is an amazing pizzaria! If you like more than your average chain pizza (i.e. pepperoni and cheese) then Bazbeaux is your best bet in Indianapolis. This trendy restaurant is located in the two trendiest area's of town: Downtown and in Broadripple. And, in the Broadripple location you can dine on the roof! Try that at Papa John's! more

Broad Ripple and Downtown 6/8/2005

This place is fabulous! They have every kind of pizza you can imagine, and if you manage to create one that they haven't thought of you can create it yourself. The prices are slightly higher than most pizza places but the quality of pizzsa is so much higher that it is worth every extra penny. more

  • In Short
Back in the mid-'80s, Bazbeaux slashed its way through the fern bars to become the first place in Indy to scatter sun-dried tomatoes and artichoke hearts on thin-crust pizza. The...
