I called Baystate after spending money with two other companies trying to get bats out of my attic. Chris came over and sealed up an area the other companies had apparently missed...

Worst

They will just chew more holes in your house to get in. They need to be trapped in a cage and removed away from your property. I just threw $1,400 into the trash. The squirrels...

They will just chew more holes in your house to get in. They need to be trapped in a cage and removed away from your property. I just threw $1,400 into the trash. The squirrels are still in my attic with three one-way doors that Baystate kept installing to prevent the squirrels from going back in. They just would chew another hole to get into the attic. The last time I called, I was told that they would go bankrupt if they would be coming down to my house all the time. I had a two-year warranty...and only a year had past at the time. On their last appointment they couldn't make it. I never called them again. My warranty just expired on November 11, 2024. more

Awful customer service 2/23/2019

They do not return calls. They were supposed to call back to see if we had anymore problems. They did not. They over charged us.and I am sure they will not honor the warranty. more

Success 9/18/2017

I wish I read their reviews 8/1/2017

Very unprofessional. Dale is a good talker and got me to pay $1600 for the full package of bat removal and batproofing with the warranty and guarantee. Two guys come out for 2 hours, remove the bats, but can't find the entry point. Two weeks later I have bats in my living space again, but Baystate Wildlife won't get back to me. They'll respond quick when money's involved, but the quality of work and especially the warranty are a joke. more

Raccoon removal 6/29/2017

This company is a rip off and a joke. Bay state said they would not charge me $975.00 until they trapped the raccoon, however long it takes. Bay state charged me THE DAY I called, they dropped off a trap with a cam of cat food in the cage. They never returned. They are not returning several phone calls. Don't waste your time or money on Baystate!!! more
