WE LOVE BAYSHORE!!\r From the moment I walked in the door I felt very comfortable so did my dog precious.The shop smelt and appeared clean and orderly. i could see everything that was going on in the shop the dogs that were already there were calm and happy.. I was pleasently suprised to see precious run from my arms and in the door to meet the friendly staff and the other puppies. I admit it had been too long since precious has a trim..because of bad experiance from a mobile groomer. I spoke to the owner about the style and what was going to be best to get precious into the style i was always striving for. They had many books of photos of other dogs and hairstyles. \r When I returned to pick up precious i was greeted with a smile, a picture, and a clean happy puppy. she even had the cutest little holiday bows..They also gave me great advice on how to keep up the haircut so that shes stays beautiful longer.I was pleasently suprised to see that the charge was much less than any groomer I had been to.Thank you Bayshore Pet Grooming!! we will see you again soon.\r Precious & LeLe more

i brought my dog there to get groomed and spoke with the owner first of all they cut my dog bad under his arm to where he was bleeding and the rest looks like a butcher job they charged me $55 dollars when he told me $45 .i tried many times to reach the owner to tell him what they did cause when i brought my dog back they didnt care do not bring your dog here not only are they butchers they have a dirty store and many many complaints i should have checked this out first a nother learning experience for me these people should be closed just for their lack of compassion alone i was forced to give a one star rating but they deserve zero stars \r \r more

've gone to this place a few times over the past 2 years and this last time I went, my dog's fur at the base of her tail was left with a large bald spot that was not there before. They also shaved around her backside and private areas way way too closely. The skin has become very irritated as a result. When I picked her up I noticed that she was not brushed out. When I got home I brushed her and a big handful of hair came off of her and that's when I noticed the bald spot. I never had a problem before this last time so it's possible someone had a bad day. We were going away for the weekend so I called the following week and they refused to take responsibility saying that my dog did it from scratching herself. Not nice. If you make a mistake, admit to it and move on. more

DO NOT GO! DO NOT GO! I too have had an issue with the owner Barry! I brought my pet in and explicitly told Barry himself to be sure to be very careful and to avoid the groin area due to my pet being neutered 3 weeks prior. (mind you I waited an additional week longer then advised by my vet to go to groomer!) When I went to pick up my pet, he was visible in a cage less then 2 feet from me and I had to point out to the owner, Barry, which dog was mine! When he went to open the crate my dog shrunk in fear to the very furthest part of the crate where he was no longer visible. It was clear my pet did not have a pleasant experience with the owner, BARRY! If my dog is scared of Barry, whom is the owner, then I can sadly imagine the rough handling being done by the rest of the staff, which in fact, as stated on their website, are all family members. I will never return and do, in fact plan on pursuing reporting them further! If you value your pet as much as I do, please, please DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!!!! more
