I called the office for the first time to get an appt. for my sick chihuahua who was bleeding from her rectum. My vet is in NY so I had to get her in somewhere and quick. I should've known better because the girl who answered the phone was very unpersonable. Anyway, I had no choice as time was of the essence with my Chi so I reluctantly went in. Dr. Mammas and his technician were very nice, loved the technician as he was very friendly and had a chihuahua too. Unfortunately the girl at the front desk was extremely rude and non compliant. We weren't expecting such a big bill so I asked if I could pay half now and half when I got paid which was one day later and she flat out refused to work with me telling me she couldnt do that or anything for that matter. She was totally uncooperative nor did she have one ounce of compassion. I had to basically fight with her to get her to ask the Doctor if it was ok which he said absolutely. Point blank, she is extremely rude nor should she be working with the public or in a hospital like setting where people need help and medical attention but sometimes can't always pay upfront. I do NOT recommend this place especially if you are Not rich.
