Slow but (Finally) Good 11/2/2013

My 2008 Saturn needed a part to repair a rear door that would not unlock with the remote. I took several months and several phone calls by me before the part was obtained. Once it was, the repair was made in just under 2 hours and now the door works like new. My dissatisfaction comes from having to repeatedly call about getting the part to fix the door lock. more

I started taking my car to Baydo in McKenna for service because they where right around the corner from me. Now I won't take my car anywhere else. They treat me and my car great (even if I don't drive a Chevy) and I can trust what they tell me. more

I was happy with most care of car. I reported that there is a squeal that sounds like fan belt or water pump or something. when car was completed the squeal is still there. most places clean the car when work is completed but this company did not. otherwise I with these few items I would have rated care 5 star. more
