I am middle aged and quite a bit over weight. I though that going to a gym would be an intimidating experience full of body builders that are snooty with loud music. This gym is none of those and I would highly recommend it!! Brian and Jerry are great owners and they even remembered my name after the first time I walked in. Comfortable place full of great people. more

Not Recommended 2/25/2009

I would not recommend this gym to anyone. They are not truthful about their services. They are not understanding about anything and the owners are very rude. The building and equipment are very junky. The price they ask for their membership is not worth the money. I recommend that you do your research and find something better. If you have young children this is not the gym for you. Come to think of it, this isn't a good gym for anyone. more
