I was shopping there yesterday, and was helped by a young woman who seemed to know enough about their skin products to be helpful, but not enough to know how to guide me with confidence. It was almost like, hey! try it! you might like it! Argh. At the cost of their skins products, I want me service than that.
The woman who owns the place rang me up. She didn't say hello, she didn't comment on my purchase after listening to me talk to her employee at length. She didn't offer me a receipt for my debit card purchase (bad bad bad). And she didn't say THANK YOU.
Let's face it, Basha's is expensive. I found most of their products on vitacost.c o m for almost 50% off Basha's price. (Shipping is only $5.00 for anything you order.)
I went there to speak with someone about my skin and their products.
I think it's bad form when the owner can't give you a receipt, can't greet you, can't say thank you, and can't make much contact with you.
What's her problem? I probably won't be going back again.
