Barrington Mill

2 mponths here and still my key card does not work on any of the facilities. Every time I ask different excuse. This time two different excuses lightning from the storm was blamed but then after telling them the card did not work before the storm it is a part on back order. REALLY BACK ORDER for every door REALLY I mean I was born but not yesterday would not recommend this place to anyone more

I lived here for 6 months.Those were the worst nightmare days.All the leasing management people are dumbasses.Especially Monica.I cant tell you how bad they treat you once you sign the lease.And the worst part,No one ever answers you calls,Poor Maintenance,Aprtments are more or less like living in a dumpster.Buggy,Nosiy,Cockroaches,Insects,Not to mention you find rats,lizards every where.I Cant tell you how much pain I had.After giving many complaints to the management They always turn a deaf ear to our problems.VERY BAD MANAGEMENT.VERY BAD MAINTENANCE,VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.They rip you off your money and does nothing.I Can go on on abt this apartments.But I have no time.I finally got rid of them.But I just want to warn you innocent people to not get cheated by them.WORST MANAGEMENT. more

This place seemed like a great spot when me and a college roommate moved in. They charged us $800 for a 2-bed and 2-bath, which isn't too bad but later we found out other residents were paying closer to $700. (Just annoying, not their fault for-say). Our apartment has a constant bug problem because of how old the neighborhood is. We had ants come out of our interior walls so they must be in the infrastructure of the apartment itself. Your balcony will overrun with bees drilling into the woods. Oh, and you better love coach roaches because they come out at night in force. Customer service is also horrible at this place. The leasing agents are not very friendly at all. They try to sound "nice" but you can easily tell that they don't care and they are being "fake" for a lack of better word.(And they never have any idea whats going on). The actual ppl that work here (not leasing agents) are just as bad. They just wanna hurry up so you leave them alone. I had to wait until a manager finished eating their lunch before I was helped one day. They didn't realize the blinds were still cracked... While we were living here for 6 months the apartment changed "OWNERS" because of how bad business was. The new company started do all kinds of changes like: taking away the laundromat so they could make it their "new" leasing office to better "serve" us...what a joke. Next they re-surfaced our asphalt which would seem like a good idea. However, they went around at 9pm on the day prior (and didn't knock, just quietly slipped a notice on your door) to the re-surface and if you didn't move your vehicle by 8am the next morning they towed it to a different spot in the neighborhood and tacked on a $40 bill to your rent for the tow fee (talk about a money maker there). Wanna choose your power company? Make sure you live on the side with Marietta Power and not Georgia Power. Marietta is cheaper and won't charge you $5 every time to make a payment. These are some of the major problems I have found with Barrington Mill. There are numerous others but I hope this alone will help you in determine if you want to live in this dump...I have another 3 months and I"m thinking about paying the $800 breaking lease fee to get out of here. I thought moving into barrington mill would be perfect. Its pretty, affordable, and location is convinent. They were very hard to get in touch with in order to arrange moving in. They told me that it was just busy time and that they were sorry. Once i got moved in i needed some customer service and that was impossible. The office is so busy that no one ever gets back with you. Also, they are always having temps in the office so very rarely are people consistant in the office. If you already live there they hurry you up because they are more concerned with making new sales than keeping the old. Do not reccommend if you will ever need assistance in the one year you live there. Pros: location Cons: customer service, fitness center, loud more
