We had 2 meetings, picked out the menu, time, and seating area for my rehearsal dinner. We called the day of just to make sure everything was ready to go, and we come to find out Barney's could not accomodate my wedding rehearsal dinner. The invitations had gone out, so you would think the kitchen manager Brian would at least be nice about it and try to help us out, right? No, he was rude, and come to find out the owner of Barneys didnt even know there was a party coming in that evening. Luckily there are other places that know how to run a business and could help me out in a tight spot. Yes, all 200 ppl at the wedding have heard about this fiasco and they are shocked of the way the situation was handled. Forgetting about a large party is one thing, making it right is another, and asking the bride to call 35-40 ppl and find out on the spot what they want to order for dinner that night is so mind blowing, it now makes me laugh, at you. Nice patio, to bad you have no idea how to run the place. Good luck, with your staff, your going to need it.
