The customer service is amazing. These people can find anything and if they don't have it, they'll order it in! It usually only takes about a week! They have an amazing selection of books, magazines, movies, and music! The staff is very knowledgable and friendly. The Starbucks, of course, is a bonus!! I highly recommend this store to anyone and everyone! Pros: Knowledgable staff, great selection, coffee, central location more

Ugh - it's bad enough they have Barstuck's in every store, but they have promotions that aren't supported! Special order something through them and it'll take about 8 weeks. Do it elsewhere and it'll take no more than 2 weeks. Prices are not the best - I won't be doing any shopping here again. Borders can have my business - well, even Amazon...... more

Just poor customer service and planning 10/24/2005

I will never again visit a B&N shop simply because of the way they treated me one time. I had reserved something, this item was CONFIRMED as reserved for me in my name. I went to pick it up and it was gone, sold to someone else. Ridiculous. That was 3 years ago and I've kept my promise to myself and haven't set foot in there since. They can keep their Barstucks coffee - I'd rather go to a book shop that values it's customers. It's not that hard - if you tell someone something, STICK TO IT. Simple. more

Huge Selection & Great Place to Hang out 5/25/2005

Barnes & Noble has not only a huge selection on books, cd's and magazines. They have lot's of bargain books and their customer service is very good. It is a great place to hang out with a cup of coffee from Starbucks right next to it. If you need a break go to Barnes & Noble, grab a cup of coffee and relax with a good book.
