my name is william Carmack and I have purchased four chevrolet suburbans since 1991. I took my chevrolet suburban into Bankston chevrolet on a federal recall on faulty wiring and to inspect my vehicle. They told me that my parking brake was defective which I have since found was a complete lie. I have a loud noise in the rear brake area since they performed this work. I have filed a complainant with a agency and they have failed to respond and I am being told by many people they are in BAD STANDING WITH THEM. I think customer service at Bankston chevrolet is a disgrace. I purchased my 1987 Chevrolet from Steakley Chevrolet which is now Bankston and the service has gone south with the new ownership. I will file a complaint to Bankston in the near future. thanks.\r
