Do NOT get the wellness plan. It is a total scam. Your debit card is charged $25 monthly and you supposedly get free visits during the year...but that's just a way to get you in...

HORRIBLE ineptitude and a RIPOFF 6/21/2011

Do NOT get the wellness plan. It is a total scam. Your debit card is charged $25 monthly and you supposedly get free visits during the year...but that's just a way to get you in to charge you for other. Just a visit would have cost over $300 for an annual visit and vaccines. More expensive than any vet I've ever been to. I moved to the northshore and needed a good vet...instead I was ripped off. My dog was terrorized by the treatment there and I'm glad our year is up. Now I must find a vet who will win Lily's trust again, if it isn't gone forever. My experience with Banfield has been heartbreaking. Don't take your animal to Banfield. more
