\r They have u sign up for their puppy or dog plan but won't do anything while my dog was majorly sick. They wanted 200 something to pump my dog full of fluids but couldn't tell me what was wrong. Let my dog die in their building n care when I was trying to come up w money to pay for this. They had my credit cArd or debit cArd on file but wouldn't help me dog n charge my card 1 day later. then still charged me for full year of the puppy plan.Do not waste ur money on they worthless n careless people who only care about money not the animal more

Good plan/ bad rates 3/9/2009

For the wellness plan, is a very good idea for any dog, From shots to regular checkups, is all covered.. But for any other procedures, you should sell your kidneys, cause the price is outrageous.. A small skin tag to get swiped off, $500+ ... It don't even cost that much at your own doctor.. And wellness plan discount 5%, wow $12 +- bucks off. more

Good for Birds 9/24/2005

I will not reccomend them for their "insurance program" for dogs and cats. However, if you have a bird this is the most competant vet in the area for such. They know how to deal with large domesticated birds and are good to get teh job done. Prices are a little high. more
