It took half and hour for an RN to see me, then I was told the RN was unavailable. Unavailable? there was no one in this place, no patients, and they couldn't take care of 74 year...

It took half and hour for an RN to see me, then I was told the RN was unavailable. Unavailable? there was no one in this place, no patients, and they couldn't take care of 74 year old father? We eventually saw a front desk person with no knowledge of anything. My father was fitted into the wrong garment and then we couldn't return it. NEVER going back to this place, beware! more

Experience & Compassion! 2/29/2008

My mother is having treatment done at a local hospital and we were told to go to bandages plus to get supplies and bandages for her therapy. i thought i was going to a regular store or DME but much to my surprize i was totally wrong! The first thing that i was impressed with is that there are RNs on staff who have been in this field for over 15 years....they have more experience than the people who are treating my mom! They were very friendly and informative...took time to answer all my questions, made us feel comfortable and welcomed. We spent along time in thier office and i didnt feel like we were being rushed out or trying to be ""sold"" something. I am so happy we have found bandages plus because the products they sell are really helping my mom and she is getting back to her old self and laughing again! Pros: excellent service, educated professional staff more
