Never let me down 3/22/2012

Over the years, Balloon Delights has delivered birthday balloons, decorated events, and been my only go-to balloon store. I always enjoy talking with Jerry. They have always given us more than we ask for ( especially when they did a party one year) and I think the price is quite reasonable. Never would return! 10/14/2008

I ordered balloons for an event and I did not get all the balloons I ordered, they showed up a half hour late and made us late to our event. When I asked for a refund for the balloons that I did not receive he did not call me back. I finally had to go into the store and he refused to give me a refund only a store credit. They were Completely unprofessional. more
