We have a 2 story 2400 sq ft rental house in Kenmore and have had our tenants tell us that the bathroom skylight was leaking. My husband Ron was furious because he had called his buddy who was a ""roofer"" he had come out a month before said the roof was ""ok"" ,the guy didn’t even get up on the roof. I tried to call him without success. I googled ""roof repair” and was overwhelmed at the number of companies out there. We researched several companies and chose Baley Roofing because of their BBB rating and good reviews. We contacted them through their website (Sunday night) and were surprised when they said they could come out and inspect the roof the next day! Well, I had to work and my husband was going to meet the roofer in the morning. Jason was on time (other reviews said he was late, but did good work) He talked with my husband and before he got onto the roof he asked if he could look in the attic. My husband asked why? Jason told him that Baley Roofing's standard 17 point inspection includes an attic inspection that he checks insulation levels and that all vents are connected to the roof. My husband told him to go ahead but it was a tight space. After Jason was in the attic my husband called me to tell me about the attic inspection. Jason came out of the attic and was smiling. He had taken pictures of the leak from inside. He continued his roof inspection and showed my husband exactly where the leak was coming from. Ron was impressed with his attention to detail, and he mentioned that Jason didn’t seem pushy when he came up with an estimate. Ron was surprised when Jason didn’t try to sell him on a new roof, but recommended repairing the area around the skylight (we had the roof replaced with a 25 yr. roof in 1988), also he gave us a price for installing a new efficient skylight. Baley Roofing uses a price guide that let my husband know how much the repair was going to be and told him he could fix that day. Ron called me and told me the price and details of the repair, I told him to do it and get the skylight too. Jason did his repair and we waited to replace the skylight. Fast, accurate, and honest is how I would describe Baley Roofing. I am relieved there are people like Jason, who take pride in their work! 5 star rating earned!! We will be having Baley roofing look at our other properties this upcoming week. This is the longest review I have written ever, but I wanted to share my experience with everyone. -Angela
