Dr. Baldi is a caring and good dentist. HIs office help is another story. The office clerk who answers the phone was very rude and non helpful when called for an emergency appointment. Told me to find another dentist because they were booked up and did not know when the doctor could see me because they were on vacation. This is the third time I have dealt with this same person - each and every time she is rude. We will cease using this dentist because of the rude office help, very unprofessional behavior that reflects poorly on this practice. more

A great dentist! 8/19/2005

Dr. Baldi is the best dentist I have ever had! He is very knowledgeable and seems to err on the cautious side, not performing dental practices that don't need to be done. Whenever you need numbed, he also does an excellent job i making you feel no pain! The office staff is excellent, just make sure you schedule your appointments ahead of time! more
