Bailey Stump & Tree Co

I don't usually bother to write these types of reveiws but felt like I had to share my experience with Bailey Stump & Tree. I have had a huge Oak tree in my front yard since I purchased the home in 1988. As the roots began to grow up and damage my driveway and sidewalk I knew I had to call someone. After explaining my situation to owner Michael Bailey he assured me that he could help and would come out the very next day to evaluate the situation. After a quick and professional meeting he informed me they would be able to come out the following week to do the job. When they showed up it was a labor intensive and tough job pulling 100 + roots out of the ground, none the less they maintained their professionalism the entire time. Not too sure what the negative review is on here is all about, looks to me like another company trying to get business if you ask me....My experience was absolutely top notch! Had to have a tree removed from the yard this spring and was quoted $1500. Bailey's took their sweet time, taking forever to get to work, left a massive mess in the yard that they refused to clean up, the owner was rude and kept changing his story and they trampled on and ruined our flower garden. And the cherry on top? When we finally received our bill it was $1000 more than he quoted and said ""our quotes are only good for 30 days, we gave you that quote 5 weeks ago."" Don't use, you will be sorry. Pros: Tree did actually get removed Cons: Not reliable. Messy. Dishonest. more
