Joe the owner knows his stuff. My family has done business with Bailey's since 2005. We have a small business with a small fleet of vehicles, when we've had an issue with any of our fleet, Bailey's has been able to accurately diagnose the issue quickly and repair it at a fraction of the cost of the larger repair shops. They NEVER try to "up sell" anything that is not a legitimate concern! My husband usually services our fleet, however when he is unable to diagnose the issue, we go to Bailey's and if my husband is out of town, he insists that no one touch any of our fleet except for Bailey's! We only came to know Joe the owner through bringing our vehicles to his shop, however since coming to know him, we are proud to consider him a friend. We have witnessed Joe countless times work with folks in any and every way he could. This is a good man who truely cares about his customers. I don't know of a single customer of his that has ever had a complaint and in a small town, that is an accomplishment! He will take great care of you, but you can still tell him that his friends from Florida, Bonnie and Gerald sent you. We'll see you there :) more

Baileys Auto Service is located between Seymour and Sevierville off of Chapman Hwy a little past Wye Road on the right hand side (if you are heading towards Seymour from Sevierville) . His shop is up the hill a ways so you cannot see it from the road but you can see the sign on the right. Joe and his mechanics truly care about their customers and DO NOT charge you for things you dont need. Their business is small enough that you are an actual name to them, not just another customer and they are off the beaten path so they don't have the tourists etc which tends to make auto repair people "stick it to you". I've been dealing with Joe and the boys for nearly two years now and I would go NO WHERE else. He's good people, does good work and is trustworthy. Give him a try and tell him Dyanna sent you. more
