Bagel Buffet

I order from here often. It is convenient to my job and their food isn't even bad. It's actually usually ok, minus the time there was a cotton ball of some sort baked into my bagel. I mean, really baked in there, like as in how did they not notice the disgusting cotton strands coming out from the bagel as they were buttering it? I'm not sure. All food aside, every other time I order here, something is wrong with my order. They send over a sticker that says LOW FAT VEGGIE CREAM CHEESE, like I ordered, but it is ALWAYS plain cream cheese on the damn bagel. How does that happen? It's cream cheese, not rocket science. If I wanted plain, I'd say plain. It is a waste of my time to call back every time and have to then wait for my bagel to be resent. This is over a $3-4 bagel. Not a huge chunk of change, but still, I could get a bagel cheaper I'm sure.. and now I'll have to, because I can't put up with it anymore. Too bad, my office was ordering 2-3x a week. more

Dropped in by accident off the highway on a Sunday morning and will go out of our way to drop in any chance we get. The offerings beyond the Bagels were outstanding, the Paninis were like we found in Italy itself. We live in Maryland but visit the area often and will always make a stop at Bagel Buffett. i live in north bergen, and i actually find myself driving to secaucus just to goto Bagel Buffet. I love it when I get a nice everything bagel, toasted, with cream cheese. Yum-o! Best bagels in the area, and in Secaucus no less! Pros: Fresh bagels, Good service Cons: Long lines more
