Worst

I called them on Tues (11/30) and spoke with Amanda who scheduled me for an appointment with Brandon for Thur (12/2) between 3 and 4pm. No one ever came or called. I called twice ...

I called them on Tues (11/30) and spoke with Amanda who scheduled me for an appointment with Brandon for Thur (12/2) between 3 and 4pm. No one ever came or called. I called twice and asked where the service person was. No one has returned my call. I called this morning (12/3) and have not been re-contacted. This is totally unprofessional. I am writing a complaint to corporate about this lack of service and professionalism. If things change and amends are made I will update my review. But for now....this is where i am at. Don't use these guys. more

Heating and A/c Installation /Durango Drive, Del Mar CA 2/3/2010

We had our furnace removed and had a new heating and A/c unit installed in the attic two years ago by baer heating and air. The service we have received has been better than we could have expected. We had Brandon out recently to maintenance the heating system and he was very helpful in also offering suggestions on scheduling thermostat. We are very happy to have a service provider we can count on. Pros: best price out 3 more

Company Values 12/9/2008

We replaced our old furnace and are very happy with the final job. Our air conditioning unit and ducting in attic are still good shape and all we needed was a new furnace. Most of the company?s wanted to up sell everything, but Jason said ""lets take care of problem"" He informed me of items that should be addressed and provided easy solutions. more

Extremely Professional 2/17/2008

We recently had a new heater installed and added air conditioning as well. The service we received was Outstanding and the service was Very Professional. Out of 6 estimates not only did Baer beat everyone else's prices they were the Most Professional. Pros: Honest and professional more

Consummate Professionals!!! 1/31/2008

Baer recently installed a new furnace and air conditioning system in my house and I am extremely satisfied with the service they provided. I had several estimates and Baer's quote for superior equipment was significantly less than their nearest competitor. Mike and Jason performed the install quickly with the utmost of quality and professionalism. I have already recommended them to four of my friends!!! more
