We were linked with this company by our Home Warranty Company. We should have checked out others opinion/reviews. Perhaps we would have not lost time, money and patients trying to work with a company that does not know the meaning of professionalism and customer service. \r

We have rearranged our schedules and take time off from work on 2 separate occasions to meet a contractor at our home. They initially scheduled for a date and time. We called to confirm on the scheduled day (they did not place a courtesy reminder call). When we finally made contact with Bacliff Appliance they said we did not have a call scheduled. We rescheduled for Friday morning from 8 - 10. We waited to 12:00 noon. *No Call/No Show.* We contacted the Home Warranty company who encouraged us to continue working with this contractor. They were reportedly caught in Houston Traffic. We were unable to wait any longer on Friday so we put in a request for an urgent appointment the following week. Monday NO call, Tuesday NO call. We finally got in contact with Cheryl Tuesday. We schedule for a Thursday afternoon appointment. Wednesday, Cheryl leaves message with appointment set for 3:00 - 5:00 (arrival time) Thursday. We call and confirm appointment Thursday morning (3:00 - 5:00). I rush home for the scheduled appointment to find a card in the door that says they came at 1:50. ""Unbelievable"". 2 Weeks of wasted time and money. \r

What do we have to show for it?? \r
• A Washer that has not been even looked at/assessed. \r
• Lost time and money from having to take time off at work. \r
• Far less faith in the quality of contractors that works with my Home Warranty Company. \r
• Baskets of DIRTY Laundry that will have to be taken out to wash (SOON). \r

Don’t make the mistake we did. Just say ***NO*** to Bacliff Appliance\r
