A great indy music shop 8/10/2005

Backside is a great place to stop for great music. They have a nice selection of new and used cd's. You have to check your large bag, backpack, and food and drink at the door. This is a definite downfall. But otherwise, they're a nice smaller record shop. Conveniently located right in Burbank Town Center. more

Great used CD's 8/7/2005

Backside records offers a wide selection on new and used cds. They have new cds at used prices. This is a great place to also find indy band and alternative music. Backside will also buy your used cds for cash or store credit. So it is a great place to recycle your music. They also are always playing new music at the store. They have used cds of brand new albums and it is the only place that I shop for my music. Check it out it is a great place to pick up a cd.. more

Oh yeah! 8/3/2005

If you’re like me, you hate huge corporate record stores that offer nothing but high prices and air conditioning. This place is great because it’s a real neighborhood record store. They don’t mess around. They’ve been around for awhile and have some awesome stuff you wouldn’t find elsewhere. A good place to take an audiophile. more

The last of the small town record shops. 7/30/2005

Backside has a great little selection of new and used cd's and records. They're mostly a indy store, but carry many other genres as well. Their used cd prices are amazing. They're right down the street from Media City Center, making it a short walk from the Boulevard. Check there for great local shows at restaurants in the area. more
