Don't believe the hype. I tried this joint a couple of weeks ago and it was horrible. The service at the counter was suspect and the atmosphere was stale. It felt like I was dining at a retirement home. The burger tasted like a grill but was very dry and stiff like it was sitting around for an hour under a heat lamp. The fast food service of this restaurant does not take away from the taste of their awesome burgers. The burgers taste like they are fresh off your backyard grill. I also love the waffle fries.
