Been buying children's resale items from them for years .... highest quality around! 1/13/2009

I've found the staff extremely helpful and the items are always in terrific resale condition. They have a wide range of children's items ... from clothing, equipment, books and toys ... for inside the home and out. Don't know what I would have done over the years, if it wasn't for a shop like this ... it's still a big help ... especially in the economies current situation! Pros: huge variety, very nice service - open 6 days out of 7 more

Experienced very bad customer service. Customer is apparantly wrong no matter what. Beware 12/17/2007

Purchased item from them, on ebay, item was described in excellent condition, but when got it, it was in poor shape, not as described, with poor packaging. Not professional. Informed them of this, they won't take responsibility, pretty much telling me too bad, you still got a nice item. Apparantly you buy at your own risk. Just be careful, if you find something you want, look it over well, because they don't care once they sell it to you. Cons: unprofessional more
