Gets better each time we come... 11/30/2011

This is our 3rd child. We have been here with our other 2 and now for the 3rd. It has become tradition. :) We went to the Alpharetta office again. Every time we go, they have something new technology wise that makes it exciting to keep coming back. We love the SonoView service they now have (didn't have it last time). Our family out West was able to see the ultrasound session this time. I don't understand some of the other reviews on here because we have loved it every time. I have even recommended 2 of my friends and they loved it too. We would be happy to testify our amazing experience to anyone ever questioning this company. They have always treated me and my family with amazing respect and professionalism. Thank you. more

Not Good 11/8/2011

The wait time was excessive and the receptionist forgot to label the CD. I had to guess which images were mine. The office was very unorganized. more

Great Experience!!!! 11/7/2011

We have a great experience at BAby's First Images. We had lots of questions, so we called. Got all of the answers we needed. We arrived at the facility and it was as shown in the pictures on the website. The staff could not have been better. Everything was smooth as silk. Our little one is only around 16 weeks so we will be back a couple more times - for sure. Got to do this!!! more

Poor Service 11/7/2011

If you want to be valued as a customer and shown courtesy, definitely go elsewhere. The administrative staff for Baby's First Images are rude, uncooperative, and inconsiderate. In the event that unforeseen circumstances arise. I guarantee that you will not be treated as a valued customer. There are plenty of other prenatal imaging companies in Atlanta, choose one that values their clients and wants to make a lasting positive impression. more

Please Avoid! Terrible Customer Service! 11/7/2011

Do yourself a favor, and do not conduct business with Baby's First Images. I had an appointment scheduled at the Kennesaw location and was phoned less than 24 hours in advance by Baby's First Images to inform me that their tech was sick and they would need to reschedule my appointment. These things happen and I was understanding. Before my rescheduled appointment, my child became ill and I phoned Baby's First Images with AMPLE time to inform them that I would need to reschedule my appointment, less they would like me to spread germs to all their employees and customers. I requested that they return my call. I received NO phone call back from them as requested. Instead, I immediately received a ""No-Show Fee"" from them in the amount of $50, which they were unwilling to refund. This is very poor customer service and I would never want to engage in any sort of business with a company that has no respect for their clients, nor should you. Go elsewhere please! more

Way better than the Dr's office images 10/20/2011

Obviously, we didn't like the fuzzy images we got at our doctor's office and heard about this 3D technology so we went online and picked Baby's First Images Alpharetta because they were Better Business Bureau members and that they had been around a long time. Well, we could not believe how much technology this place had. They do things I didn't think were possible. First off, all my family back home and my husbands family were able to see our ultrasound session from their home. (how cool is that). Then there was the theater which is really like a real mini theater. We got CD's, DVD's, online web album and our prints were fantastic quality. Most important the staff was fantastic. They have a couple of people working there; the ultrasound tech and the receptionist. They were both very professional, friendly and you could tell they knew what they were doing. It felt like a well oiled machine. We could not be happier. Yes, I would recommend this place to my pregnant friends - and have already. Thank you so much for a great time. more

Everything was fantastic! 9/22/2011

We went to the Buckhead location and it was great because we had our session done and then went to dinner at Food 101. The area is fantastic location to have this done. We even thought about going over to Lenox Mall. But, the facility was modern and clean. They had a lot of technology going on. Everything from the large projection theater to DVD's and Cd's and the SonoView service. My family in California loved it. We got good images and had a wonderful time. We have already shown off our pictures to our other pregnant friends and now they want to come. Glad to be the guinee pig! We will try to come back one more time and would certainly recommend this company to anyone who may be interested. more

DO NOT USE!!!! 9/14/2011

HORRIBLE! The owner is VERY rude and does not honor guarantees they make. We used them for gender determination at their Lawrenceville facility in June. During the QUICK 10 minute ultrasound, the tech was unable to determine the gender of the baby until LITERALLY the very last second (yes, you are on a second clock for time!). She then guessed boy and after being asked how sure she was as I was skeptical, she said she was 'paint the room blue sure'. She said if she was wrong, we could come back for another ultrasound free of charge. So we then found out it was a girl from a REAL ultrasound tech at our doctor's office. After calling to schedule our 'free' ultrasound as promised, the man on the phone was VERY rude and not helpful at all. Getting the gender wrong is not the problem as it happens, the problem is their lack of customer service skills and inexcusable rude treatment! The end result was VERY poor customer service and a learning experience for us and a warning to everyone else. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! more

I found Baby's First Images online when I was searching for a place to get 3D/4D ultrasound images done. I mainly wanted to go to find out the sex of the baby, but at 17 weeks I couldn't really find anyone to do it, and the Dr. told me 'it's too early....' riiiiight. more

My Ultrasound Tech was Awesome!!!! 7/13/2011

We took our 2 year old daughter up last night to ""see the baby"" and I must say this was an amazing experience for our whole family. This allowed our daughter to better understand what the pregnancy was about and it was a great bonding experience for my husband, too. The environment was very warm and comfortable. We were greeted by a very professional friendly receptionist who later helped us pick out pictures. But the ultrasound tech was amazing. She took her time to get us the best pictures, she explained to us what our baby was doing and she showed us things that we did not expect to know or learn about. Overall, this was way better than the doctor's office. more

Every part of our session was as advertised. We went to their website and everything they list on their website clearly explains what to expect. The website felt just like the office so we felt right at home when we arrived and throughout our visit. The staff were wonderful, the pictures and video were great and we were excited to hear about their new Photography business! We will definitely be back once our little one is born for more pictures. more

Let me tell you about our experience with Baby's First Images. First off, we went to the Alpharetta location on a Saturday and obviously this place is popular because there were a lot of mothers there. The waiting room is very comfortable and it does feel like a Spa and just enough medical feel to make you feel comfortable and confident that they are extremely professional, but not not enough to take away from the ""Spa-like"" feel. We really liked the ""feeling"" of the atmosphere this place gives off. The staff were great in their own ways. The receptionist was very friendly and came out and chatted with us during our brief wait. The ultrasound tech was very nice and yet you could tell she was very professional in her skill. This is exactly what we wanted. A real ultrasound tech and she was female as well. Later we realized that it clearly states on their website that they are accredited and only use ""real sonographers"" as they put it so we felt we lucked out there. The way they set up their facility is exactly the way doctor's offices should set it up. It does feel like a theater, not an doctors office. Yes, they have the ultrasound machine in there and table, but the theater, dimmed lights, seating for our family was just perfect. Finally, our package had everything we could think of and more. The quality of the images were just like they advertise. The DVD video is probably the best thinge we got, but the fact that they have the ability to broadcast our ultrasound session over the internet to our family was really neat feature. My husbands family lives out of state and they were not going to be able to come, but because of this service they were able to see it with us live. Again, I just can't think of anything else we could have wanted. They really have thought of everything. Take this recommendation to heart! This was the best pregnancy experience yet for me and my family. You have to get this done. more

Husband and I... 6/7/2011

My fiance and I just had our anniversary today, and I planned on taking him to BFI in its Naperville location. Well we just got back and I must say some things. First of all, I cannot speak for the other location, however, the way we were treated here was close to perfection. The receptionist was warm and friendly, the tech.. my goodness.. she made me feel like we had been friends for years! The prices were very reasonable, and the office was a very calming, clean environment. Our little boy was not very cooperative. We did get some great shots, but his hand was in front of his face and he refused to move it. However, that in no way is the technician nor the company's fault. In fact the tech did everything she could to get the little guy to move his arm, but he just wouldn't! If I wasn't as far along as I am I would definitely consider getting a REDO, that is absolutely offered to everyone. It's on the bottom of the receipt they print out to you. Also I was told repeatedly that if your fluids are low this can cause blurry images (definitely not the techs or company's fault there either!) Our appointment was at 7:30, it's now after 8 pm and I have two glossy sheets of my handsome boy, a DVD recording of our entire session, and an online album that I've emailed to my entire friends and family. We couldn't be happier!! Thank you so much Baby's First Images... I can't wait to meet my handsome man :) more

Highly recommended!!!!!! 5/25/2011

Okay, we read some of the reviews, but realized that a lot of the people complaining were complaining about their images and then going to go and complain to management. I am in the medical field and even most pregnant mothers know that ultrasound is just ultrasound - not photography or glamour shots. Just because the baby doesn't cooperate and you don't get great images, you can't go blame the company. And when I read that Baby's First Images give mothers a second chance Redo when the baby doesn't cooperate, I decided to give them a try. I figure they have been around for almost 8 years so they must be doing something right. Well, unfortunately my baby was not one to cooperate. So I had to do the Redo and come back. The Redo images were much better - and not because I had a better tech (had same tech) - it was because the baby was cooperating. My husband and I were just so happy to focus on the bonding of the baby and being with the baby, not just the pictures and video. Sometimes I think these ladies forget that. Everyone in the company treated us like royalty. Even the owner who answered some questions for us. I would and will highly recommend this place to all of my friends and co-workers. You can tell right when you walk in to the facility that they know what they are doing. more

We just could not believe how amazing the seeing our baby on that theater! We wished it would have lasted for hours. Thank goodness we got the DVD. I have already emailed my friends and ""Liked"" this on Facebook. If you are pregnant, you have to see your baby at this theater. Just wish they had popcorn! :) more

Great Experience Every Time 4/2/2011

Today was our third experience with the Alpharetta location of Baby's First Images. We have never had anything less than a fantastic experience. Our last two appointments were short 10 minute quickies to find out the gender of our boys. This past appointment, we went all out and got the complete package. After reading some of the reviews, I was concerned that we may run into issues this time around. Instead, we were met by a warm, welcoming staff. They took their time with us, answered all of our questions and even watched our son when he became a little rambunctious so that my husband could continue to view the ultrasound. We received everything we were promised and family in four different states were able to watch with us via the Sonoview website with no glitches. We will definitely recommend BFI to all of our family and friends. more
