Stay away!!! 8/24/2009

Made a deal ( I have deal # and ford will here about this)last Saterday night and on Sunday when I called about picking up the car, the general mamger up the price by $2000. I will not mention names here but will to Ford. If they will do this to me, you buy at your own risk. Pros: None Cons: bate and switch more

we were happy with the treatment we received and the the deal we left with. my husband is a professional salesman, so he is a better negotiator than Kevin Spacey, but they didn't make us use his super powers as they were easy to work with and seemed very honest. i was a little scared because of the review above from barbara and michael florentine, but then I read the review closer (hard to read with all capital letters) and realized that it was not about roseville ford at all but about the nissan store down the street. all in all we're happy. John Miller and Ramzi Reguii are GREAT! 4/3/2006

This past weekend, my husband and went out looking at trucks after his was stolen on Thursday. Needless to say, we had not planned to be shopping for a vehicle and were therefore not looking forward to the experience. We walked through a couple of dealerships and just did not like the people that approached us. When we got to Nissan, John walked up without the usual "salesy" crap and proceeded to sell us a Toyota Tacoma at a great deal and without tons of negotiation hassles. Ramzi, the finance guy was the first finance guy I have met who was not a completely slick. He was fair and honest. We were at the dealership for less than 2 hours. It was the easiest vehicle transaction we have ever made. Thanks Future Nissan! Pros: friendly staff, helpful, caring Cons: none, nada, zilch more
