I keep getting had by these guys. I live on the Eastside and prefer to do business where most convenient, but after several bad experiences I started taking my car to BMW of Seattle, which runs a much better shop (though still not what I would consider great, just a lot better than BMW of Bellevue). One day my BMW broke down and I had to tow it in the evening. BMW of Seattle's lot is closed at night (fences) so I had to tow it to a lot that would accept a night drop.
So, I gave BMW of Bellevue another chance. Sure enough, they fell down on the job. Everything was late, communication was poor, and the work was not completed. They only took care of half of the job, I had to return. When I returned, they did not wash the car, and my car was even dirtier than when I brought it in. To make matters worse, the service adviser that helped me begged me for "5 stars" on the survey. Whn I told him I didn't feel that "5 stars" was not what I felt was accurate, he got angry with me and told me how it is tied to his pay check, and more, I was shocked. After all of this, I was given a GUILT TRIP by a service adviser.
This dealership continues runs a subpar operation (by any standard) that is an EMBARASSMENT to the BMW brand.
