I was out performing test drives on cars I was interested in, and the experience I had crossed this dealer off my list. The salesman was nice up until the drive was over, then the pressure came down as to why I wasn't buying now, why I wouldn't close the deal, and some BS about if I didn't talk to his manager before I left he would get in trouble. I talked to his manager only because he was on the way out, and I don't think I've met a human being who exuded so much distrust and intimidation. He didn't understand that I didn't want the car in the parking lot because, 1) Still testing out potential cars, and 2) The car he had out there didn't have what I would have wanted and had some serious dings in it and kept putting on pressure for me to buy. I finally walked right past him out the door as he was talking, telling him I'd call if I was interested (I'm not) just to get him to shut up. Avoid this place if you want a VW, it may be convenient because its next to Costco (my only reason for going there), but I could see how they would try everything to force someone into buying a car. more

We come from out of town and had a doctors appointment first so needed a flexible appointment as we didn't know our exact time of arrival, only a general time. When we made the appointment we were told that would be just fine and we received prompt service when we arrived. more
