This ranks right up there with the best 'cue in TN, TX and Kansas City. It's so worth the 30-minute drive from where we live. The chicken and pork both have this amazing smoky flavor. You can tell it was slow cooked by guys who knew what they were doing. Don't skimp on the sides either. The mac-and-cheese is my all-time favorite and the others are almost as good. Sauce it up with a tomato-based sauce, a vinegar-based sauce or both. I haven't had the ribs yet, but my brother and girlfriend say they're unbelievably good.
Pros: It's so good we drive across town for it.
Cons: The dining room is super tiny -- if full, eat at a table outside or get it to go.
