Unprofessional and unfriendly staff 11/16/2011

Although I had a tanning membership here, I would never recommend this place to a friend. Each time I visited, ss soon I attempted to talk to one of the workers I felt like I was in elementary school again because of their voice, tone, and overall attitude. They need a lesson on customer service. I will not be returning, and my roommates have had similar experiences. more

Old Owners Are Better 6/6/2011

It was a lot better before the new owners. The young girls who work there are honestly ditzy. You cannot carry on a conversation or ask a question without them just staring at you, lost. The guy who either owned or managed it before was sometimes visible in the salon, and always friendly and smiling and said thanks for coming in. I liked when there was radios in the rooms, and eyeglasses. more
