HELPFUL BUSINESS 6/18/2009

I went to southwest after trying a few other similar places and was frustrated with the way other people were rude and uncaring .They were just the opposite they even stayed open a little later just to help me so I would be stuck very helpful people! Pros: exceptional people Cons: none more
