Worst Service I've Ever Experienced 10/16/2008

I completely agree with all of the terrible ratings below. I had my TV under the extended warranty, and B&K was the repair company assigned to service it. The 8 hour window is absurd, but at least the tech showed up, but he brought the parts to the wrong tv, so he said they'd need to order new parts, and that would take 3-5 business days. However, that was a month ago, and I haven't heard back. They simply tell me the parts haven't arrived yet, and will call me when they do, but can give no estimate how long it will take. I would never never never choose to bring a product here. Unfortunately, since the extended warranty is covering the costs, I didn't have a choice. I'm so glad they're not getting a dime of my money. Pros: the service tech. was friendly Cons: everything else you can think of more

what i have to say is thank you. i had used another tv repair shop in baltimore and they could not fix my tv. from the start to finish i it was easy and i'm glad to have my tv working again. i am suprised to see bad reviews, well people try to use someone else ---Good Luck!!!!!! The absolute worst service I have ever experienced. Avoid like the flu. 7/23/2008

My plasma screen went out over a month ago. They were assigned to honor my extended warranty. It took them a week to get out to my house and they took it away. It took over a week for them to even look at it. Took two weeks to get the parts in house and over a week to schedule a delivery. They are supposed to deliver today, but their phones are apparently not working, or they have no one manning them because they will not pick up. If you value your sanity I would never consider using this company for a repair. I will advise the store where I bought it to take this company out of their database. Pros: Are you kidding me? Cons: Everything from the moment they were called to fix my tv. more

No customer service, they act like they are doing you a favor! Phones go out constantly and there is no way to reach them!! Definitely would not recomend to anyone! It has taken 4 weeks without our tv even being looked at to diagnose the problem, they initially said they would be out the very next week, but when called they said no, they never said that! Took 3 weeks for parts to come in, when they said it would be 7 - 10 business days. Don't believe anything they tell you!! Cons: horrible customer service, 4 weeks to even look at the tv to diagnose the problem. more

Incredible Customer Service 7/11/2008

I had the best expereince with B and K and wanted to make sure I wrote this review for them. From beginning to end, I was well taken cared of - from the representative over the phone to the manager I met in person. I had my LG LCD TV repaired and it was completed ahead of schedule, and the entire process was perfect. I have nothing but praise and good words for B and K - great people, great service, and an overall wonderful experience. more

Avoid all Togehter 5/14/2008

I have been worjking with since November of 2007 and is May od 2008 . My 50 inch Flat Screen TV needed minor upgrade done to the ambiant Lights and was not turning This company attempted to repair the televison in November but was not able to. They then decieded that taking it to the shop would be better. At any rate this was back in December and I still do not have my television. I call and am advised that parts have been ordered and the television is still not responding. Their customer service is horable. I qwould have never used them if they were not what my manufacture suggested. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Pros: NONE Cons: Everything more

What a joke 1/22/2008

My 50 inch DLP t.v. went out after a few years. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They have terrible customer service, if you're lucky to get them on the phone at all. They do not have an answering machine, so leaving a message after 5:30 p.m (after you've been at work all day) is not possible. They're not open weekends, so to fix your t.v. you better take a day off. They re-ordered parts, then when I called them back, they said the case was closed. I had to call the warranty people to knock some more sense into them. They then ordered the parts again. Pros: ZERO Cons: EVERYTHING more

Terrible service! 2/2/2007

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I used them as they were the authorized repairers for my brand of TV. They've had the TV a month now and tell me ""parts are on back order"" but can't even estimate when it may be ready. Also, it's impossible to get them on the phone. more

AVOID 9/28/2006

Terrible service. DO NOT USE. 4 month old tv died,under warranty. Took 1 week to pick up. took 1 week to look at. took 1 week to order part. part backordered, company sent new tv. took 1 week to receive. I was then told it would take over 1 week to deliver. I said screw it, and picked it up. AWFULL more
