The only pool store I will go to! all the employees are very helpful, answer all my questions and never try to sell me something I dont need. I have gone to other pool stores because of coupons or sales and when i have questions they either cant answer them or i have to wait for someone that can. this was the first year i put it all together by myself and they helped again and again, i never felt stupid about asking them anything. from now on i will only go to b&f in highland! more

Go somewhere else 5/31/2005

They are really rude here if there is a problem you need help with. They love to take your money so they are great in the beginning but when they broke a piece on our pool they switched attitudes right away more
